It uses our own labour rates and price book, and for many jobs the typical book time for your exact car. It’s a genuine estimate range. Before any work starts we confirm a fixed written price, and nothing is done without your OK.
Do you deal with insurance claims?
Yes. You have the right to choose your repairer. Send us photos, and we can work with your insurer or quote you privately if that works out cheaper than your excess.
How much is tyre fitting?
£20 a tyre, including fitting, balancing and a new valve. Tell us your size and we’ll send prices for budget, mid-range and premium tyres.
Do you do ECU remaps?
Yes, Stage 1 and Stage 2 remaps after a health check. We never remove DPF, EGR or AdBlue systems, and we’ll tell you honestly if a remap isn’t worth it for how you drive.
Will servicing with you affect my warranty?
No. Servicing to the manufacturer’s schedule with OE-quality parts and the correct fluids keeps your manufacturer warranty intact.
Can you collect my car?
Yes, we can collect and return across South London. If it isn’t safe to drive, our recovery truck can bring it in.
